FlexOmega Booth at the World Rowing Cup 2024 in Lucerne
The development of the FlexOmega Grip has been completed one year ago and after many hours of testing the system on the water with different rowers, different boats, different weather conditions with perfect data transmission and a lot of available results, we decided that the time has come to officially present the FlexOmega Grip to the Rowing World.
The World Rowing Cup II in Lucerne 24-26 May 2024 was the perfect event for this, so we prepared an exhibition booth to present and explain FlexOmega Grip. With videos, flyers and especially with a dry demo composed of two oars each equipped with one FlexOmega Grip the system was demonstrated and explained in detail.
This event was a great success and a very valuable experience for us:
- Rowing enthusiasts from all over the world visited our booth and wanted to understand how the FlexOmega Grip could benefit them. It confirmed that our product is new, unique and very interesting for the rowing sport.
- People are already developing ideas and requesting further developments for the system such as an AI-assisted rowing coach, a FlexOmega Grip for sweep rowing …
- The introduction of the FlexOmega System in the rowing squads will need assistance and training in the beginning, since it is not straightforward how to make the best use of the system and the data that are obtained
- At such events, you must be prepared for all kinds of weather conditions. A sudden change in the weather with strong winds almost destroyed our tent, but thanks to the help of other exhibitors, our stand was able to survive.
